Crystal didn’t set out to join the bail bond industry—but once she stepped into it, she realized she’d found the kind of work she was built for.

She began her professional life in a traditional Monday-through-Friday office job, staring at the same cubicle walls day after day while feeling herself grow more restless. Meanwhile, being married to Ben meant she saw firsthand what the bail industry looked like from the inside. The more she learned, the more she felt drawn to it.

Crystal started as an agent for 1A Professional Bail Bonds June 2019, where she spent several years gaining real-world experience, learning the business from the ground up, and developing the instincts that separate seasoned professionals from everyone else. She eventually earned her professional license in May 2023 and opened Crystal Cares Bail Bonds, where she now operates independently while still working closely alongside 1A. The businesses remain separate; the teamwork is natural.

Over the years, Crystal has built a reputation for being both deeply knowledgeable and extremely effective. She’s excellent at helping people navigate the process of getting out of jail, guiding them through situations that would overwhelm most. And when someone decides to skip court and disappear, she’s just as capable—relentless, resourceful, and very good at finding people who don’t want to be found.
